Personal trainer app

The coaching app that keeps clients training

For personal trainers, coaches and club owners. It wears your name, plans the week, and tells you who needs a message today, before they drift away.

Book a call Try it with your name

Every studio starts on a two-week trial.

A client's phone showing their coaching app in the studio's own brand: today's session ready to start, a mood check-in, and a note from their coach.

01://ENGINE

A rules engine that programmes the way you do.

The week is a grid: every client, every day, every session's state at a glance. Paste a programme you already have and it lands line for line, never merged, never guessed at, yours to review before it saves. Assign from templates, or hand the donkey work to your coaching rules: 80 ready-made rules across progression, deload, autoregulation, injury, technique and volume, each written in plain words you can read and edit.

The coach's week grid: four clients across seven days, sessions in every state from draft to reviewed, with a competition countdown badge on one client.
Sample data The week grid. Every client and every day on one screen.

This week

Deadlift 4×3 @ 135kg

Logged in full, bar speed good.

Next week, written by the rule

Deadlift 4×3 @ 137.5kg

Progression: clean week, add 2.5kg.

Three of the eighty rules. Each one has a plain trigger and a plain change, and you can edit both. Sample numbers.

Try it with your nameSix guided screens on sample data. It takes about two minutes.

02://FILM

Every session comes back to you.

When a client finishes, the session lands in your queue: what they did against what you set, deviation by deviation, with their own words attached. They rate how each session felt, and that rating feeds the board in the next section. You write one line back and it's on their phone.

The coach's review queue: a finished session with the client's own words about a tight shoulder, the exact sets logged, and a load drop marked against the prescription.
Sample data The review. What they did against what you set, with their own words attached.

With VIP, the review becomes a film VIP

Clients film their sets inside the app. You get them in a review queue, record your reaction against the clip, and press send. They get one film: their lift with you talking over it, chaptered by exercise, and they see nothing until you press send. The gym noise is stripped out, so what plays is your coaching and only your coaching.

New films are flagged until watched, so you know what landed. Filming is verified on iPhone and Android.

They film

In the app, mid-session. The clip lands in your Film Room, newest unreviewed first.

You react

Watch the set, record your reaction and notes against it, one clip at a time.

They watch

One film of their lift with your voice over it, and a chapter mark for each exercise.

03://WATCH

It names who needs you, before they drift.

You usually find out a client is gone when they cancel, and the drift starts weeks earlier: a missed session, a quiet week, a message that never gets a reply. So seven signals run over every client's logging, adherence, streaks and mood: nothing logged yet, gone quiet, missed sessions, adherence dropping, a streak broken, sessions rated weaker, silence in chat. Worst signal wins, and the board sorts hardest-hit first, so the top of it is always the person who needs a message today.

The thresholds are plain and predictable, written so you can see exactly why a name is on the list. Nothing here is a black box. And it isn't only bad news: clients who are flying get named too, so you can tell them so.

The coach's insights board: one client at risk with the exact reason written out, one slipping after rating two sessions weaker, and four on track with their streaks and new personal bests.
Sample data The board. The reason is written next to each name in a full sentence.

04://THEIRS

Their side of it earns the habit.

The app installs on their phone under your name. Today's session is one tap away, every set carries the exact prescription you wrote, and finishing earns something: a medal for every personal best, a streak that keeps count, a proper celebration when a lift moves. You choose which clients get streaks and timers, per client.

It logs in basements too. Every set they record is kept on the phone and sent when the signal returns, in order, and the app says so plainly instead of pretending it saved.

Today One tap to start
The Today view: this month's session count, today's session with a start button, a mood check-in and the coach's note.
Sample data The Today screen. The session, the check-in and your note.
Logging Your exact prescription
A session mid-workout: deadlift sets ticked off against the prescribed load and reps, last time's numbers shown, a rest timer and the coach's cool-down note.
Sample data The set screen. What you set, what they did and last time's numbers.
Progress Proof they're moving
The You tab: goals and an upcoming competition with countdowns, workout count, and all-time personal bests per lift with their full history.
Sample data Progress. Goals, meets and every PB with its history.

05://KIT

And the rest of the kit.

Nothing on this page is a roadmap. Everything below is in the app today.

Check-ins

Ask the question you actually want answered, reuse it as a template, and see who hasn't replied without chasing anyone.

Messaging

You and the client, inside the app, next to the training it's about.

Demo videos

Your own YouTube clip on any movement, with a Watch button in their session. Paste 50 links at once and it matches them to movements, asking when it isn't sure. Unlisted videos stay unlisted.

Goals and meets

Goals with dates, competitions with countdowns, ticked off in the open.

Timers

Stopwatch, rest countdown, EMOM and intervals, per exercise or for the whole session.

Injuries

A knee flagged today changes what gets programmed tomorrow, and clients can log their own.

Two-a-days

Morning and evening sessions on the same day, kept apart.

Bring your roster

Import clients from a spreadsheet with a preview before anything commits. Export everything back out whenever you like: it's your data.

An honest calendar

Missed days are backfilled as missed, early sessions log early, and the programmed day never moves by itself.

Locked down

Every studio's data is walled off on its own, and encrypted backups run every night.

06://EDGE

What this does that your current stack doesn't.

We read the platforms coaches actually use before we built this. Three differences survived the checking.

One product, one film

The big coaching platforms don't review lifts. Coaches bolt a screen recorder onto a second subscription, and the video never sits next to the programme. Here the set, your review and the finished film live in the same session, and the client gets one film with your voice on it.

Rules you can read

Plenty of software now promises clever programming from a black box. Ours is written rules, each with a plain trigger and a plain change, shown to you before anything saves. When the app isn't sure, it asks instead of guessing.

Priced in pounds

Every major rival prices in dollars and leaves your bank to do the conversion. This is priced in pounds, and the numbers are on this page.

Do your own sums on the board above: if a client is worth £150 a month to you, keeping one who would have drifted covers most of a year of the app. Use your own rates.

07://YOURS

It wears your name.

Clients install an app with your studio name, your colour and your logo on it. The icon on their phone says your name, and nothing inside the app mentions us. The screenshots on this page wear an invented studio's brand for exactly that reason.

Prices are for one coach and their clients. A second coach, more than 200 clients, a club, or anything that doesn't fit a band: ask us and we'll price it straight. Every studio starts on a two-week trial.

08://ASKED

Asked before the call.

I am on another coaching app already. How hard is the move?

Paste a programme in and every line lands as its own row, word for word, ready to edit. Your client list comes in from a spreadsheet with a preview before anything saves, and your YouTube demo links land in one paste, up to 50 at a time.

Do my clients see your name anywhere?

No. The app installs under your studio name, with your colour and your logo, and nothing inside it mentions us. The screenshots on this page wear an invented studio's brand for that reason.

Is the programming done by AI?

No. There is no AI in it. Next week is written by rules you set in plain words, like adding 2.5kg after a clean week or easing off after two weaker sessions. It shows its working before anything saves, and you can change any line.

How does the video review work?

On VIP, a client films a set in the app. You watch it, record your reaction over it, and one film goes back to her with your voice on her lift, and she is told when it lands.

What does it cost?

The bands are on this page: Base from £59 a month and VIP from £109 a month for one coach and up to 50 clients, rising with client count. Every studio starts on a two-week trial.

Which phones does it work on?

The client app installs from the browser on iPhone and Android, no app store needed, and it keeps working when the signal drops. Filming in the app has been verified on both.
