Studio groups

Premium and multi-site studio groups

Pilates and boutique studios running three sites or more.

Memberships, waitlists, class changes, renewals and reception, multiplied by the number of front desks, and no single place where the whole picture sits.

01://LOAD

Not one big thing. A thousand small ones.

Each one small enough to forgive, and expensive every time.

The load here is not one big thing, it is a thousand small ones: the 6am cancellation that should pull someone off the waitlist, the pack that expired quietly, the instructor cover that needs three messages to arrange, the member who has not been in for five weeks and will not renew unless somebody notices, and the renewal that lapses because it needed one reminder nobody sent.

02://DOES

Every site at once, watched.

So the system watches all of it across every site at once. It moves the waitlist when a space opens, reminds before the pack lapses, flags the member going quiet while there is still time, and arranges cover without a group chat. Your coaches coach. The desk stops being a switchboard.

Are we any use to you?

Here is the honest answer before you spend an hour finding out.

We can almost certainly help

  • Three sites or more, each with its own front desk and its own quiet way of doing things
  • Memberships, packs and renewals that lapse without anyone deciding to let them
  • A waitlist that only moves when somebody at a desk moves it
  • You can get the numbers for any one site quickly, and the picture across all of them only by asking three people

We can probably help

  • Two sites, and the third is already being talked about
  • Three sites, but the pain is concentrated in one place rather than spread across all of it
  • You have a booking platform already and the problem is everything it does not do
  • Growing fast enough that reception has quietly become the bottleneck

We are probably not the best fit

  • One studio, one front desk, one person who knows every member by name. Nothing is being dropped, and we would be solving a problem you do not have
  • A high-volume gym where members come and go through a turnstile. Nobody needs noticing, which is most of what this is for
  • You want a booking widget, a website or an app on its own. That is somebody else's job and they will do it better
  • You want to hand the whole thing over and stop thinking about it. This works because you still own the rules

If you are in the middle box and not sure, ask us. We will tell you which one you are actually in, including when the answer is the third one.

Tell us what your week looks like.

We will tell you honestly whether we are any use to you.
